Process FiltrationFor Oil & GasGas, Liquid & High Pressure Filtration
Process filtration in oil and gas industry streams removes the solid and liquid contaminants that would otherwise foul equipment, accelerate wear, and compromise product quality across every stage of production. Built as oil and gas filtration systems for gas, liquid, and high-pressure duty, correctly specified filtration protects fired heaters, separators, pumps, and pipelines from contamination they were never designed to handle directly. We supply and commission process filtration across Thailand, matched to contaminant load, pressure class, and the compliance standards each installation is expected to meet.

Process Filtration For Oil & Gas Facilities In Thailand
Every stream moving through an oil and gas facility, gas, produced water, or process liquid, carries some level of solid particulate or liquid contamination picked up from the reservoir, the pipeline, or the process itself. Industrial fluid filtration oil and gas equipment removes that contamination before it reaches equipment that was never designed to handle it directly, and solid liquid separation oil and gas stages separate mixed-phase streams so each phase can be handled, treated, or disposed of correctly.
The precision that filtration needs to achieve varies enormously by application. High pressure filtration systems oil refinery circuits and gas filtration solutions upstream processing facilities often need to remove particulate and liquid aerosol down to a fraction of a micron, a level of precision set by the standards governing critical equipment like fired heater burners, not by a general industrial default.
Domnick Thailand specifies petrochemical filtration equipment and pipeline contamination control filtration against the actual contaminant load, pressure class, and compliance standard each application has to meet, rather than a single generic filtration grade applied everywhere on site.
Three Duty Types, Each Removing A Different Contaminant Load
Gas, liquid, and high-pressure streams carry contamination differently, and each duty type calls for filtration engineered around that specific behaviour.
Gas & Vapour Filtration
Removes solid particulate and liquid aerosol carried in gas streams before they reach compressors, instrumentation, or fired heater burners, protecting equipment that fails quickly when fed contaminated gas.
Produced Water & Liquid Separation
A produced water filtration system separates solids and residual hydrocarbon from water streams before discharge, reinjection, or further processing, protecting downstream equipment from erosive solids.
High Pressure Process Filtration
Refinery process filter elements rated for elevated process line pressure remove contamination without introducing a pressure-retaining weak point into the circuit.
Filtration Across Every Stage Of Oil & Gas Processing
Contaminant type and required precision both shift depending on which stream, and which downstream equipment, filtration is protecting.
Fuel Gas Filtration Is Moving From Recommended Practice To Mandatory Requirement
API 560 governs the design and operation of fired heaters, air preheaters, fans, and burners used across general refinery service, and recent direction in the standard sets a specific performance requirement under its Annex Q for fuel gas filtration and separation equipment, removing 99.98% of solid particulate and liquid aerosol greater than 0.3 micrometers before that gas reaches the burner. What was previously a recommended practice is moving toward a mandatory requirement, which means unfiltered or under-filtered fuel gas is no longer just an operational risk to burner tips and flame stability, it is becoming a direct compliance gap. Correctly specified refinery process filter elements ahead of fired heater burners are central to meeting that standard, not an optional upgrade.
Upstream Gas Processing
Gas filtration solutions upstream processing protects wellhead and gathering equipment from solids and liquid carryover.
Produced Water Treatment
A produced water filtration system supports separation before discharge, reinjection, or further treatment.
Petrochemical Process Streams
Petrochemical filtration equipment protects multi-unit process circuits from contamination carryover.
Pipeline Contamination Control
Pipeline contamination control filtration protects transport lines and downstream metering equipment.
Three Filtration Gaps That Show Up As Real Problems
Each of these gaps follows a similar pattern, a filtration shortfall that looks minor on paper turns into equipment damage, compliance exposure, or a safety event once it plays out on site.
Fuel Gas Filtration Below What Fired Heater Burners Actually Need
Produced Water Carrying More Solids Than The Separation Stage Was Sized For
