Transair® Blue Aluminium Pipe: OD 76.3-168.3 mm.

Transair’s modular aluminum pipe delivers superior performance for compressed air, vacuum, and inert gas applications. The aluminum construction prevents corrosion build-up and deterioration of the pipe overtime. All Transair aluminum pipes leave the factory with a QUALICOAT certified coating for protection against environmental effects. Transair will not add additional contaminates into a compressed air system. The quality of air leaving the compressor room will remain unchanged in a Transair system.

Description

Transair® Blue Aluminium Pipe OD 76.3-168.3 mm.

Transair Aluminum Pipe – Reliable Performance for Industrial Applications

Transair’s modular aluminum pipe delivers high performance for compressed air, vacuum, and inert gas applications. The aluminum construction prevents corrosion and protects the pipe from deterioration over time. Moreover, each pipe leaves the factory with a QUALICOAT certified coating. This coating adds protection against environmental effects. As a result, Transair piping will not introduce additional contaminants into the compressed air system. The air quality leaving the compressor room remains unchanged with a Transair system.

Clear Identification and Easy Installation

With Transair aluminum pipe, there is no need to paint the piping to identify the media. Instead, the system comes in three standard colors: blue for compressed air, gray for vacuum, and green for inert gases. In addition, the modular design allows fast modifications and expansions.

Seamless Integration and Quick Upgrades

Transair systems integrate easily into existing copper or steel compressed air networks. Therefore, they are ideal for upgrades and expansions without performance loss. The lightweight materials and quick connection technology reduce installation time significantly. For example, Transair can be installed up to four times faster than traditional methods.

Sustainable and Backed by Warranty

All Transair components are 100% recyclable, reusable, and silicone free. Furthermore, Parker provides a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This combination of sustainability, durability, and long-term support makes Transair the trusted choice for industrial piping.
