Premium compressor manufacturer Gardner Denver has launched a new range of energy efficient 160 kW to 250 kW oil-injected, screw air compressors to enhance its existing range of GD machines.

The new premium efficiency machines with FOURCORE technology for two stage compression are available in 8 different models: ESM/VS160e, ESM/VS200e, ESM/VS250e, ESM/VS290e (high flow model) in fixed & variable speed.

The basic ESM / VS 160-290 compressors can be equipped with useful options to meet even the toughest demands for building up a flexible compressor station including compressor and refrigerant dryer, both mounted on a tank. As a result, you will get a compact air solution which can be installed quickly and efficiently wherever the need for high quality compressed air exists.

Fully integrated air-end design

Well proven air-ends The innovative integrated design, with oil separation, oil filter, thermostatic bypass valve, reduces the number of external hoses and components resulting in increased reliability.

Intergrated heat recovery to save even more energy

From 15 kW, the compressors are available with highly efficient heat recovery systems, which can be factory fitted or are available as retrofit kits comprising all the necessary pipe-work and fittings.

The advanced design of the high efficiency airend allows operation at low rotational speeds, and consequently lowers the energy costs. The innovative integrated design, including oil separation, oil filter and thermostatic valve, reduces the number of external hoses and components offering excellent reliability.

Combined air/oil cooler

Equipped with a bypass for rapid warm-up and control of the oil temperature, reducing wear, eliminating condensate in the compressor system and providing low air discharge temperature.

High efficiency electric motor

The compressors are equipped with an energy saving IE3 electric motor.

Automatic belt tensioning system

The maintenance-free system provides automatic and accurate belt tension and extends the belt life.
