The SCB is the perfect choice for applications where source is required and floor space is a premium. Installed above the plant floor, this continuous cleaning dust collection system draws fumes, dust and other airborne contaminants from the workspace using two 7’/10’/12′ that are 8 inch diameter counter balanced extraction arms , 6/8 inch flexible or rigid duct via inlet collars that are located close to the fume or dust generation source and collecting into a variety of available filters (Protura Nanofiber or Protura Nanofiber Fire Retardant (FR)), and recirculates the air back into the plant. As a result, workers are able to benefit from healthy breathing conditions as well as unrestricted movement in their workspace. Pulse timer controller included. Motor starter, filter cartridges and arms must be ordered separately.

Do your applications require dust and smoke removal at the source? The DustHog SCB is the solution. Welding smoke, fumes, and dust powders are captured at the source with this ceiling-mount unit. The SCB can be equipped with one or two swing arms.

The pulse-cleaning technology and innovative nozzle design make the SCB better than other self-contained collectors in the industry. Instead of simply collecting dust onto filters, the SCB captures contaminants and “pulses” them off to drawers at the bottom of the unit. A showerhead-like nozzle ensures an even air distribution to maximize each cartridge’s entire length. The result is longer filter life, fewer filter changes, and more clean air plant-wide.
